The K 27 kidney meridian point is located just below the collar bone close to the middle of the body. James says this is the neurological center of the acupuncture circuit. It is considered to be the main switchboard for energy flow in the body. This is another very simple exercise to do on a daily basis which will increase your energy. James considers this exercise to be the most important one that is taught in his class and it takes but a minute.
Bring your right hand to the left K 27 point while your left hand touches your belly button (this connection is like a grounding wire). Rub the K 27 point vigorously for 15-30 seconds then switch sides. If you are really sore when doing this exercise it means that you really need it. So keep doing it on a daily basis. The pain will go away.
